Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. in Quezon City is seeking a Software Engineer to design and build scalable backend applications and cloud-native services.

You will develop high-quality software, create reliable APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in a hybrid work setup. The role requires a strong background in Go, Rust, Java, or C++, experience with distributed systems and Kubernetes, and a solid grasp of testing, CI/CD, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience in software engineer, full stack, or any relevant development role.
• Proficient in backend programming languages such as Go, Rust, Java, or C++ (Python is a plus).
• Experience developing distributed systems, REST/gRPC APIs, and cloud-native applications using Kubernetes or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, performance optimization, CI/CD, and technical documentation.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

Up to ₱80,000/month + other benefits and allowances
