Job summary

HRTX is seeking an entry-level software developer to perform basic development tasks within a focused product area. The ideal candidate will work independently yet contribute to team goals, with a keen interest in AI and cloud tech (Azure).

You will collaborate with senior engineers to implement development processes, write specs, and review code across Agile and Waterfall environments, while staying updated on new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 1–3 years experience in Python with Django and SQL.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI).
• At least 1 year experience in software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Basic knowledge of data manipulation languages.
• Basic understanding of data modeling principles.
• Knowledge of data storage subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Write and review portions of detailed specifications for developing system components of simple complexity.
• Under guidance of senior engineers, implement development processes, coding best practices and code reviews.
• Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall) while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Resolve basic technical issues as necessary.
• Keep abreast of new technology developments.
• All other duties as assigned.
