Job summary

Creathink Solutions in Manila seeks an entry-level developer to design and implement Power Platform solutions, AI-enabled automations, and modern web interfaces. You will collaborate on automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Logic Apps, and extend capabilities with React front-ends.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least some of the following (required): Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Logic Apps.
• Power Virtual Agents / AI Agents
• React or a similar modern front-end framework
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Experience automating processes and improving manual workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build business applications, automations, and AI-enabled workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Develop workflow automations using Power Automate and Logic Apps, including approvals, notifications, integrations, and data synchronization.
• Create customer-facing pages and portals using Power Pages.
• Build internal business applications with Power Apps.
• Develop and enhance AI agents and chat experiences using Power Virtual Agents and Microsoft AI tools.
• Build front-end components and web pages using React and related modern front-end technologies.
• Integrate systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and Microsoft connectors (Microsoft 365 and third-party tools).
• Extend solutions as needed using C# / .NET for custom services or APIs.
• Troubleshoot, enhance existing solutions, and deliver clean, well-documented updates.
• Continuously learn new tools and features, especially within the Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools
• Assist in documenting automations, apps, and workflows for future reference.
• Monitor existing automations and support basic troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Provide basic technical support to internal users when needed.
