Job summary

You will own the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering with other departments to testing, deployment, and documentation—delivering robust, scalable solutions for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer or similar development role.
• Strong front-end skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
• Solid back-end skills with Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with database design and management (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and hosting environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and autonomous work style.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What you will do

• As a Software Engineer at Altus Corp, you will design, develop, and deploy our official website to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience. Throughout these projects, you will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across both front-end and back-end systems. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with various departments to gather requirements and translate business needs into concrete technical specifications. Additionally, you will test, debug, and resolve issues in existing software to ensure maximum uptime, continuously monitor system performance to implement upgrades as the company scales, and create clear technical documentation for all custom-built systems.
