AMADEUS MARKETING PHILS, INC. seeks a Software Development Manager (C#/.NET) to coordinate several development teams and align their work with product priorities. You will guide architecture decisions, participate in design reviews, and support automated testing and CI/CD in a cloud environment.

The role emphasizes balancing people leadership with hands-on technical contribution, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality software deliveries in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, Physics, Data Science or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET, and SQL in enterprise systems.
• Experience in agile environments and balancing leadership with hands-on work.
• Experience coaching others through feedback and performance discussions.
• Familiarity with API design, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud deployments (Azure or AWS) and microservices.
