The role analyzes business needs, documents requirements, manages changes, and collaborates with QA to ensure a robust solution. Responsibilities include stakeholder impact analysis, feasibility assessment, user training, and ensuring data privacy compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a technology environment.
• Must have experience in system analysis (SA).
• Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must have positive, customer focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• Fluency or understanding of languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP or Python.
• Expertise in RDBMS design and operation with strong knowledge of SQL.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking and security.
• Working knowledge of web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, AWS or other mainstream cloud computing platforms.
• Additional experience should include project management and development skills through teamwork.

Job Responsibilities

• Document all requirements and the business solutions such that stakeholders, the development team and understand them clearly to go about their tasks.
• Assess the impact of the solution on the various stakeholders
• Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective
• Ensure that the solution from a business perspective
• Manage changes to business requirements and do an impact analysis
• Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure that the solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues
• Work with the end users to help them understand the changes. Help the users to work with the new solution. Help the client in managing such that there is minimum resistance to organizational changes due to the new implemented solution.
• Ensures that the data privacy of the company is being followed and regulated
