Job summary

Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain cloud-based systems for a global laboratory network.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to integrate business logic with existing platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability. The role requires strong C#, SQL, and Angular skills, experience with OpenShift and REST APIs, and a solid DevOps background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and microFE concepts (containerization & DevOps).
• Experience with .NET, OpenShift, Angular and REST-API.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, responsive web design and accessibility.
• Strong programming skills in C#, SQL and Angular.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global teams; report to senior management.
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and in Alabang.

Responsibilities

Job description

The .Net Developer is responsible for designing, building and maintaining cloud-based systems and applications including business logic for the global laboratory network.

• Team-up closely with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions and applications including business logic with existing systems and applications.

• Ensure high availability, scalability and security of cloud-based and μFE laboratory system.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation of cloud-based and μFE infrastructure.

• Resolve and troubleshoot cloud-related, μFE and business logic issues, including performance and cost optimization.

• Provide trainings and support to internal teams on cloud-based and μFE systems.

• Implement cloud and μFE security and compliance policies and procedures.

• Integrating the cloud and μFE ecosystem with a micro‑service architecture, big data and AI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
