Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Software Developer I to design, implement, and troubleshoot software across web, mobile, API, and database layers. The role emphasizes REST APIs, C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and AI-assisted development tools within an Agile environment.

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with business stakeholders to deliver against requirements. Onsite work in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development with REST APIs in C# / .NET Core
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries (Joins, subqueries, indexes)
• Experience with .NET Core, Web Services/REST APIs, Git
• Demonstrated expertise in Angular
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio
• Security-focused programming; OAuth2.0 knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications and integrations
• Develop and maintain data interfaces and system integrations using REST API technologies
• Analyze technical and business requirements to translate into software solutions
• Participate in project planning and advise on options to deliver requirements
• Plan and execute system tests; write complex code
• Create comprehensive specifications and documentation
• Interact with managers, developers, and users to field queries
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to support development, testing, and documentation
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities for business value
