Job summary

Timeless Medical Systems in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Software Developer I to build new product capabilities, improve performance, and upgrade core frameworks for our healthcare software portfolio. You will write code with TypeScript/Node.js, work with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, and use Docker and AWS in a CI/CD environment.

A degree in computer science or a related field is expected, and strong communication and independent work skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of MVC methodology.
• Familiar with object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Minimum of 1 year TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS experience.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Software Development; modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware,improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Assist with debugging production issues/bugs and fix them when they arise.
• Perform code reviews.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, and testing.
• Work with leadership to implement new features or improve existing codebase.
• Build and implement new software solutions and applications from the groundup.
• Perform analysis, design, implementation, verification, demonstration, andmaintenance of these products in a team environment.
• Work with Quality Assurance, Project Managers and Product Managers to ensurethat company products are meeting client standards.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence enabled development tools.
• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities, and write secure code.
