Job summary

BSA Solutions Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer for an onsite role in Cebu City to support an Australian healthcare technology business.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of commercial software development experience across frontend and backend, with Python/FastAPI and React/TypeScript, plus REST APIs and automated testing. You will collaborate with the Australian team via written communication and Azure DevOps, work from user stories, perform code reviews, and help improve

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with Python backend development using FastAPI or similar.
• Solid frontend development experience using React, with TypeScript preferred.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience writing automated tests as part of regular software delivery.
• Strong proficiency with Git version control.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Availability to work during Philippine business hours with overlap to Australian hours.

Responsibilities

IV. JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Mid-Level FullStack Developer with approximately 3–5 years of commercial softwaredevelopment experience to join a growing software team supporting an Australianhealthcare technology business.

This role focuses on the development ofmodern web applications rather than hardware or embedded systems. You'll workacross both frontend and backend technologies, contributing to the design,development, testing, and maintenance of scalable applications whilecollaborating with Australian team members through written communication andagile development practices.

VI. REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with MicrosoftTeams and Microsoft 365.


• Previous experience working withAustralian clients.
