LevelUp is seeking a Software Developer (Next.js/React) to join our fully remote Philippines team. You will own end-to-end features, implement robust UI, and integrate with Azure-hosted services for HR/payroll tooling. Collaboration with Australia-based stakeholders and a strong focus on quality and security are essential.

You should have 3–5 years of production experience, strong English communication, and a track record of shipping scalable web apps using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
