Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software solutions including POS, Merchandise Management Systems, Customer Loyalty Programs, Reporting Systems, and integration tools.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and high-performing code using C# (MVC/WinForms), VB6, VB.NET, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Modernize legacy VB6 modules by rewriting and optimizing them in C#, improving performance and maintainability.
• Build and maintain system integrations using RESTful APIs and AWS S3 via Chilkat components.
• Create and maintain Crystal Reports and other reporting modules to support business requirements.
• Implement ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, stability, and consistency across systems.
• Translate Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) into accurate system functionalities.
• Manage full-cycle development tasks including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, deployment, and client coordination.
• Manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Actively participate in Agile processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
