IDEMIA in Makati, Philippines seeks an experienced .NET software engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. You will participate in the full SDLC, align with Product Owners in France, and help define architecture, patterns, and reusable components.

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL scripting.
• Proficient in REST APIs, web apps, and backend services in MS technology stack.
• Solid MSSQL, Git, CI/CD concepts, and deployment practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with international collaboration and AI-assisted tools exposure.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical governance.

Descripción del empleo

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and services using C#, .NET Core/.NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders in France to define business requirements, plan sprint deliverables, and demonstrate completed features.
• Architect and build scalable software solutions by defining application structures, design patterns, reusable components, and technical frameworks.
• Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards, source control practices, testing methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews, identify performance improvements, and drive technical excellence across development activities.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and enhancement initiatives for globally deployed products.
• Mentor junior developers, contribute to technical governance, and provide guidance on architecture, development best practices, and complex technical problem solving.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in software development using C#, .NET Core/.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL scripting.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs, web applications, and backend services in a modern Microsoft technology stack.
• Solid understanding of MSSQL databases, Git version control, and CI/CD concepts and deployment practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with direct collaboration across international teams and stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude or similar AI platforms) is an advantage; strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset are essential.
