Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, manage content calendars, monitor audience engagement, and analyze campaign performance to drive brand awareness and business growth. The role also involves collaborating with creative and marketing teams to deliver effective digital campaigns and staying up to date with the latest social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the agency's clients' business goals and target audience.
• Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
• Manage and schedule posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
• Analyze social media data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and copywriters, SEO specialist, web designers, and sales and marketing, to create cohesive social media content and social media advertising.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other data analytics software.
• Perform similar tasks above in relation to the agency's own social media presence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, including new platforms and tools, and implement these insights into strategies.

• Experience: 3 years (intermediate, wanting to be senior)
• Based within Metro Manila

• Salary Range: PHP 30,000 to PHP 40,000 (depending on experience)

• Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT
