Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with up-to-date digital tech and social media trends.
• Adequate knowledge of web design, development and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute social media marketing strategies through competitive research, benchmarking, target market identification and platform determination.
• Generate, edit, publish daily contents for audience engagement
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase content visibility
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create series of marketing calendar for campaign implementation
• Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors and industry
