Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Social Media Specialist to elevate client brands through compelling content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You will own end-to-end content creation with a strong eye for visuals, pacing, and brand consistency.

You will plan and schedule at least 5 posts weekly, develop engaging content featuring flooring and home-improvement themes, prepare drafts for Director approval, manage calendars, and analyze performance to inform future work.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of social media experience in visually driven industries.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• AI-native mindset with practical use of AI tools.
• Strong written and visual content with brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule a minimum of 5 social media posts per week across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop engaging content showcasing products, completed projects, design inspiration and company updates.
• Prepare all social content for Director approval, incorporating feedback and ensuring brand standards.
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring posts are planned, approved, scheduled and published on time.
• Stay up to date with changes to social media algorithms and features, adapting content accordingly.
• Use AI tools to support content research, ideation, caption writing and trend analysis.
• Monitor performance and provide regular reporting and insights on what works.
• Monitor comments and conversations, escalating inquiries when required

Profile Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of social media experience, preferably within flooring, interiors, construction, property, home improvement, retail or another visually driven industry.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including content creation, scheduling, Reels/short-form video and platform-specific best practices.
• AI-native mindset, with practical experience using AI tools to improve content creation, research, ideation, workflow efficiency and social media performance.
• Strong written and visual content skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to create polished, brand-consistent content that is suitable for Director approval.
• Highly organised, proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage a consistent weekly publishing schedule, respond to feedback quickly and stay current with rapidly changing social media platforms and algorithms

Core responsibilities:

• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring posts are planned, approved, scheduled and published consistently and on time.
• Stay up to date with changes to social media algorithms, platform features, content formats and best practices across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, adapting content accordingly.
• Use AI tools and platforms to support content research, ideation, caption writing, content repurposing, trend analysis and other social media production tasks while maintaining quality and brand authenticity.
• Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth and content performance, and provide regular reporting and insights on what is working.
• Monitor comments, messages, trends and relevant conversations across social platforms, identifying opportunities for engagement and escalating customer enquiries or sensitive matters where required
