You will help promote speaking engagements, podcasts, and initiatives while ensuring all content stays on-brand and engaging.

Responsibilities include funnel planning, CRM workflows, email campaigns, Canva/CapCut content, and coordinating timelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of social media experience.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (Mastermind preferred).
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
• Strong English communication skills.

About Us

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support communications, content creation, social media management, marketing campaigns, and client relationship management. You will play a key role in promoting speaking engagements, podcasts, and other initiatives while ensuring all content is on-brand, engaging, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Assist with funnel mapping, campaign structuring, and task prioritization
• Help organize marketing initiatives and timelines

Execution

• Set up and manage CRM workflows in Mastermind
• Implement email campaigns and landing pages
• Coordinate marketing workflows and campaign rollouts

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create marketing copy for webinars, lead magnets, and promotions
• Plan, schedule, and manage social media content
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva
• Edit simple template-based videos for Reels, Stories, and other content using CapCut or similar tools
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines

Client & Marketing Support

• Assist in managing marketing initiatives and communications
• Help maintain organized systems and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Skills & Experience Required

• 1-2 years of social media experience
• 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Experience with CRM systems (Mastermind preferred)
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content editing tools
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content (Reels, Stories, posts, etc.)
• Strong eye for design, branding, and content quality
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Funnel mapping and campaign structure experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player
• Strong English communication skills

Note: The indicated salary range pertains to the full-time monthly compensation.

Schedule: US Time
