Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates from Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, AI, technology and digital marketing. Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with Instagram and LinkedIn and understands what makes content engaging.
• Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas. Basic understanding of Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn and video editing tools is preferred.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and experiment with new content formats. Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research trending topics, AI developments, industry news and content formats to identify opportunities.
• Create and coordinate reels, carousels, static posts, stories and short-form videos. Write engaging captions, hooks, post copy and basic scripts.
• Assist with content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Monitor social media performance including reach, views, engagement, followers and content performance.
• Track trends, competitors and relevant creators in the AI and technology space.
• Work with the design and content team to turn ideas into social-first creatives.
• Support campaigns, events, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
• Help repurpose long-form content, talks and presentations into social media content.
• Stay updated on AI tools, emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.
• Support basic reporting and share insights on what content is working and what can be improved.
