About the role

Get Glam by Dr. Jam is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our marketing team on a weekend-only, part-time basis. You will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media platforms while also assisting with the monitoring and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Get Glam by Dr. Jam's Facebook and Instagram presence

• Plan and organize weekly social media content and posting schedules

• Create engaging and relevant content for Reels, Stories, posts, and other social media formats

• Develop captions, hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action aligned with the brand

• Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats, hashtags, and content strategies

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

• Create and edit high-quality short-form videos for Facebook and Instagram Reels using CapCut

• Design social media posts, promotional materials, Stories, and other graphics using Canva

• Monitor active Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager

• Monitor key metrics such as reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, leads, cost per result, and engagement

Must Have Skills

• Experience in social media management content creation

• Proficiency in both Canva and Capcut for graphic design and video editing

• Hands on experience with meta ads manager

• Strong written communication skills in english

• Can work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience with handling accounts regarding beauty, aesthetics or medical industry is a plus

Schedule

• Part-time / Weekend Only

• Primarily Saturdays and Sundays

• Exact working hours and workload will be discussed during the interview.

• Additional work outside weekends is not routinely required unless mutually agreed upon.
