Responsibilities include setting channel strategy, leading creators and agencies, approving content calendars, managing budgets, and presenting performance and risks to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of social media experience, including strategy, agency, or team leadership responsibility.
• Proven social media strategy and leadership experience.
• Strong brand, community, reputation, analytics, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to manage agency or team output, budgets, and performance targets.
• Experience handling online issues and executive reporting is preferred.
