Sanders Signature Homes LLC is a residential construction company serving the Greater Tampa Bay area. The company takes a planning-first approach to remodeling and new-home construction, carefully addressing design, materials, and project details before work begins. Its goal is to deliver professional service, reduce stress throughout the building process, and create homes that meet or exceed each client's expectations.

Sanders Signature Homes is seeking a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage its digital content and maintain a professional, consistent online presence.

This part-time remote role focuses on social media content creation, scheduling, visual design, and platform management. You'll work closely with company leadership to communicate the company's services, showcase its projects, and strengthen engagement with potential customers and industry professionals.

The ideal candidate has experience managing social media accounts for U.S.-based companies, strong English communication skills, and the ability to create high-quality content while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule consistent, engaging content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Help establish and maintain an active, professional LinkedIn presence for the company.
• Create and publish updates for the company's Google Business Profile.
• Design professional social media graphics and use approved AI tools to assist with visual content development.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in social media management or a related support role for a U.S.-based company.
• Experience creating, scheduling, and managing professional social media content.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write engaging, professional captions and promotional content.
• Strong visual design skills and experience creating graphics for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Experience using social media design and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage content assignments independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week and coordinate with a U.S.-based team during Eastern Time business hours.
• Reliable computer equipment and a stable internet connection suitable for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience creating social media content for a construction, remodeling, homebuilding, real estate, or home improvement company.
• Experience using AI tools to assist with content development, graphic design, or realistic image creation.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
• Experience creating short-form video content, including Instagram Reels and Facebook videos.
• Understanding of social media engagement strategies, content planning, and brand consistency.
• Experience developing content that showcases completed projects, services, and customer experiences.

Compensation

• Part-time, independent contractor role.
• Fully remote position based in the Philippines.
• Pay: $9-$11 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Schedule: 15-20 hours per week.
• Guidance on company branding, services, and content expectations will be provided.
