Kennemer Foods International, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Officer to own our digital presence across programs.

You will manage the full cycle: coordinating with field teams to identify stories, developing content and campaigns, executing across platforms, and tracking results against program goals. The role requires 2–5 years in social media, proficiency with Meta Business Suite, and capabilities in CapCut and Canva, plus ability to create Bisaya/Tagalog/English copy.

Formación

• 2–5 years hands-on social media campaign management (in-house or agency).
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite: page management, geo-targeted ads, audience segmentation, Messenger, analytics.
• Experience running campaigns oriented toward program participation or community recruitment.
• Ability to coordinate content gathering from non-marketing colleagues and produce quality output from imperfect inputs.
• Competence in basic mobile photography and in short-form video production.
• CapCut and Canva experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with field teams to identify stories and material worth publishing.
• Transform field inputs into polished content — posts, short videos, and assets — calibrated to each audience and program objective.
• Produce short-form video content with field staff, including filming and basic editing.
• Write copy in Bisaya, Tagalog, and English for different audiences.
