The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT-BPO environments, and is open to interviews with a prompt start date.

• Track viral moments, platform algorithm updates, and internet culture for timely content.
• Analyze reach, engagement, and conversion metrics to prepare reports and improve ROI.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and external client teams.
• Coach, mentor, and direct social media associates or content creators.
