Job summary

Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) seeks a Social Media Supervisor to lead brand campaigns and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and external client teams to drive content and performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in social media supervision. Onsite work schedule is Monday–Friday, with interviews and an immediate start possible.

• Analyze reach, engagement, and conversion metrics to prepare reports and improve ROI.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and external client teams.
• Coach, mentor, and direct social media associates or content creators.
