Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or tech.
• Proficiency in social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
• Strong understanding of analytics, trends and community engagement strategies.
• Excellent writing, visual storytelling and communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Create, schedule, and publish content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels) tailored to each platform.
• Monitor social media accounts daily, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with Creatives, Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging and visuals with brand identity.
• Support campaign launches with social media materials and live coverage when necessary.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
