You will plan campaigns, produce short-form video content like Reels and TikTok clips, and collaborate with designers to deliver on-brand visuals. Experience with AI tools is a plus. Candidates should be proactive and able to handle multiple accounts.

Formación

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Familiarity with major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Strong writing skills for engaging content across audiences.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketing is an advantage.
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
• Develop content calendars aligned with client objectives and launches.
• Monitor performance and optimize real time; manage cross-channel campaigns.
• Create captions and ad copy tailored to each platform and audience.
• Design and edit social assets; produce short-form video content.
• Set up, manage and optimize campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Identify opportunities to grow online communities and engagement.
• Collaborate with Senior Multimedia Artists for high-quality visuals.
