• Plan organic and paid social campaigns to meet goals.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for quality content.
• Monitor trends, competitors and new platform features.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
• Track performance and prepare regular reports on reach and leads.
• Suggest creative ideas for campaigns and events.
• Support influencer marketing when required.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content.
