Dahua Technology HK Limited in Metro Manila seeks a skilled Social Media Content Producer to manage and create engaging content across platforms, including short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in social media/digital marketing, hands-on design and video editing skills, and a portfolio demonstrating creativity and results. You will collaborate with Marketing, E‑Commerce, Product, and Sales teams to drive campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, content creation, or related role.
• Hands‑on experience in graphic design and creating digital/e-commerce marketing materials.
• Proficient in video editing and comfortable creating short-form video content.
• Experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, and developing creative content concepts.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Experience handling KOLs, influencers, creators, or affiliate campaigns is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital consumer behavior.
• Portfolio or samples of previous social media, design, or video work are highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and create content for the Company’s social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Develop creative content including social media posts, e-commerce banners, product visuals, promotional materials, and other digital assets.
• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce platforms, and digital campaigns.
• Develop video concepts, scripts, captions, and content ideas aligned with campaigns and brand direction.
• Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, and day-to-day platform activities.
• Support e-commerce campaigns by creating product-focused content, promotional visuals, and videos that help drive traffic and sales.
• Identify, coordinate, and build relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, and potential brand partners.
• Manage KOL/influencer collaborations from initial outreach and briefing to content review, posting, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, viral content, and emerging digital opportunities.
• Track content and campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion results.
• Work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, and Sales teams to support campaigns and business objectives.
