Job summary

Floor Melody is a fast-growing Singapore flooring company seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Executive. You will independently transform ideas, products and projects into engaging digital content and manage end-to-end social media activities.

The role requires self-motivation, responsibility, and the ability to plan, execute and complete tasks with minimal supervision. A portfolio demonstrating videos, graphics and campaigns is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing, video production or content creation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Portfolio of videos, graphics and campaigns required.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• Strong communication, planning and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage the company’s social media and digital marketing activities.
• Manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create engaging short-form videos, product videos, testimonials and promotional content.
• Handle the complete video production process from concept to publishing.
• Design social media graphics, advertisements, posters and banners.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor budgets, leads, conversions and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with sales, business development and operations to capture projects.
• Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Research latest social media trends, competitor activities and audience preferences.
• Prepare regular marketing reports with actionable recommendations.
• Assist with WordPress, SEO and other digital marketing activities.
• Maintain a consistent brand image across channels.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion.
