Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

The role focuses on creating engaging captions, graphics, photos, and short-form videos, while maintaining a consistent content calendar. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with Canva and Photoshop, and knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field (advantage)
• Experience in social media management is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and other social media tools
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content including captions, graphics, photos, and short-form videos
• Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar
• Monitor messages, comments, and audience engagement
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Coordinate with the marketing or design team for campaigns and promotions
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing strategies
