Job summary

Maven Roofing is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to grow its digital presence through engaging social content, photo/video production, and paid campaigns. You will manage daily social activity, produce visuals, and run Meta advertising to boost brand awareness and lead generation.

You will craft a consistent content calendar, edit assets, create short-form videos, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and content opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Hands-on Facebook and Instagram ads through Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong photo and video editing skills.
• Experience producing short-form video content for social platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Understanding of social media content strategy.
• Ability to create visually engaging content with brand consistency.
• Strong writing and social media copywriting skills.

What Your Mission Is:

The Social Media & Content Specialist will be responsible for growing digital presence through engaging social media content, high-quality photo and video production, and effective paid advertising campaigns. This individual will manage day-to-day social media activity, create and edit visual content, and execute Meta advertising campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a consistent social media content calendar.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor organic social media content.
• Write engaging captions and social copy that align with Maven Roofing’s brand voice.
• Edit photos and videos for social media, digital advertising, website content, testimonials, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Create and edit short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, customer testimonials, project highlights, before-and-after content, and educational videos.
• Repurpose existing photo and video assets into engaging platform-specific content.
• Create graphics and other visual assets for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop and test campaign audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and offers to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor advertising metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, click-through rate, cost per lead, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify projects, customer stories, events, promotions, and other content opportunities.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages and coordinate with the appropriate team when customer follow-up is needed.
• Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, graphics, and other marketing assets.
• Track social media and advertising performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, content formats, and digital advertising best practices.

What Qualifications you will need:
