Mavenavenue is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to grow our digital presence with engaging social content, top-tier photo/video production, and effective paid campaigns. You will manage day-to-day social activity, edit visual content, and run Meta advertising to boost awareness, engagement, and leads.

You will craft a consistent content calendar, create captions, edit media, and coordinate with teams to leverage stories, events, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Hands-on experience running Facebook and Instagram ads through Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong photo and video editing skills.
• Experience producing short-form video content for social platforms.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and platform best practices.
• Ability to create visually engaging content with brand consistency.
• Strong written communication and social media copywriting skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across platforms and maintain a content calendar.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor organic social content.
• Write captions aligned with brand voice for social posts.
• Edit photos and videos for marketing assets and campaigns.
• Produce short-form video content including Reels, Stories, testimonials.

• Develop audiences, creatives, messaging, and placements to improve performance.
• Monitor metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and cost per lead.
