Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Social Media Content Editor working from home on a day shift to craft engaging short-form videos and captions. You will upload content across platforms and help drive daily outputs and KPIs, while growing within the brand.

The ideal candidate has video editing skills, experience managing social channels, and a proactive mindset to incorporate feedback and improve performance. Australian schedule is required.

• Draft and create engaging captions for all social media posts.
• Maintain daily output requirements and meet established KPIs.
• Evolve within the role, taking on more responsibility as the brand grows.
