Job summary

NXT Studios Manila is seeking a Social Media Content Assistant to support our social media operations and client communications. You will help plan content, produce posts, and manage campaigns across platforms while coordinating with creators and clients.

You will write captions, develop storyboards, and monitor performance metrics to inform future campaigns. The role emphasizes organization, creativity, and proactive collaboration within a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and content creators.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and campaigns.
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Lark, Canva, or social media management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly content calendars, strategy proposals, and cross-platform publishing schedules.
• Write scripts, develop storyboards, and create captions, hooks, and social media messaging.
• Coordinate content production, revisions, approvals, and publishing timelines.
• Maintain Lark documents and trackers for video assets, feedback, content status, and deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs and engagement metrics, identify high-performing content, and use insights to improve future campaigns.
• Communicate with clients regarding campaign updates, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate client feedback, revisions, and approvals with internal teams and influencers.
