Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Senior Commerce Key Account Manager to oversee livestream campaigns and drive client results across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live in Southeast Asia. You will lead strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and scale client GMV.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in live commerce or digital marketing, strong data analytics, and a passion for ecommerce trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in live commerce, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live and Lazada Live features.

Responsibilities

• Develop GMV growth roadmaps for clients with a long-term perspective.
• Analyze sales data, traffic sources, and conversion rates to identify bottlenecks.
• Negotiate commercial terms, exclusive product bundles, and campaign participation with brands.
• Collaborate with Operations and Livestream teams to ensure flawless execution during live sessions.
• Monitor ROAS, CTR, and AOV, adjusting strategies in real-time.

The part you will play

Intrepid, a leading eCommerce enabler in Southeast Asia, is looking for an experienced Senior Commerce KAM to oversee our livestreaming operations and drive impactful results for our clients. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of livestream campaigns, fostering audience engagement, and driving sales performance across platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.

As a Social Key Account Manager, you will take charge of

• Strategic Planning:Develop GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth roadmaps for clients, moving beyond day-to-day tasks to long-term planning.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:Analyze sales data, traffic sources, and conversion rates to identify bottlenecks. You will answer the question:"Why did sales spike (or drop) yesterday?"
• Commercial Negotiation:Negotiate commercial terms, exclusive product bundles, and campaign participation with brand owners.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with our Operations and Livestream teams to ensure your strategies are executed flawlessly during Live sessions.
• Performance Optimization:continually monitor metrics (ROAS, Click-Through Rate, Average Order Value) and pivot strategies in real-time.
  

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in live commerce, eCommerce, or digital marketing, with experience in managing smaller-scale livestream campaigns.
• Platform Knowledge: Proven familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live, including a good understanding of their features and best practices.
• Client Management & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle requests, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Analytical Skills: Experience in using performance data to analyze campaigns and make recommendations to improve results.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in livestream technology, tools, and analytics platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address real-time challenges and find creative solutions during live events.
• Passion: Passion for eCommerce and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends to inform strategy.
