Job summary

Intrepid Asia, a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Provider in SEA, is hiring a Live Production Assistant in Manila. You will act as the primary liaison for client accounts and take ownership of the production workflow to deliver livestream solutions on budget and on schedule.

You will lead client communications, manage inquiries and escalations, and collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities while achieving KPIs and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Sales, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in account management or social commerce.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
• Ability to produce engaging short-form videos and high-quality copy/proofreading for social commerce.
• Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, including trends, music usage, and platform guidelines.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Proactive, honest, and service-centric with a can-do attitude and a strong commitment to delivering KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Leading client communications as the primary point of contact while building long-term, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery of all solutions while effectively managing inquiries and complex issue escalations.
• Preparing account status reports and updating stakeholders on the progress of monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and consistently achieving agreed-upon KPIs and targets.
• Managing daily productivity and operational tasks, including mandatory night shifts and travel to livestream studios as scheduled.
• Taking ownership of ad-hoc tasks and additional duties assigned by management to drive company growth and client satisfaction.

The part you will play
