Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a strategic Content Strategist to lead campaign execution for consumer brands. You will translate briefs into data-backed, full-funnel video concepts and manage the production timeline from planning to posting.

This role requires sharp marketing instincts, top-notch organizational skills, and a track record of leading video projects in fast-paced teams. You will own end-to-end content planning and coordinate with Brand Managers to translate data into optimized content

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Content Strategist to serve as the primary project manager and marketing brain for a dedicated set of consumer brands. The ideal candidate will play a key role in campaign execution—taking confusing client briefs, turning them into data-backed, full-funnel video concepts, and managing the production timeline from start to finish. This role demands sharp marketing instincts, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead video projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Content Strategist, you will take in charge of:

• Full-Funnel Campaign Planning: Ideate and write clear, compelling short-form video scripts (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) utilizing a strict “Hook-Value-CTA” framework.
• End-to-End Project Management: Own the production lifecycle from Planning to Production to Posting) ensuring all assets move flawlessly through the pipeline.
• Client Management: Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients or internal Brand Managers, translate raw marketing data into optimized upcoming content plans.
• Production Briefing: Create clear creative briefs for videographers, manage product sample logistics, coordinate talent bookings, and manage client’s expectations.
• Performance Analysis: Review basic digital metrics (CTR, viewer retention, etc.) to continuously improve content formulas.
• Trendspotting & Benchmarking: Conduct trendspotting and benchmarking to identify creative opportunities and shape content strategy.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 - 4 years of marketing, copywriting, or social commerce content creation experience (Agency background preferred).
• Project Management Mastery: Proven ability to manage complex tracking sheets, coordinate talent timelines, and handle multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.
• Platform Fluency: Deep, non-negotiable understanding of social e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and current digital consumer trends.
