Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc is a remote staffing provider servicing NZ and Australian clients. We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to own organic social across multiple client brands.

You will plan calendars, write authentic captions, analyze performance data, and collaborate with design teams to ensure on-brand visuals across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The role requires strong writing, familiarity with planning tools, and the ability to work flexible hours aligned to Sydney time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing organic social across multiple client accounts or brands.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn as distinct platforms.
• Experience building and managing content calendars with clear strategic rationale.
• Ability to read social analytics and translate data into content strategy and recommendations.
• Strong writing instincts with adaptable tone across brands.

Responsibilities

• Research clients, competitors and industry before content planning.
• Review social performance and build data-driven content strategies.
• Write captions and copy sounding like the client; tailor per platform.
• Plan monthly content calendars with posts serving clear purposes.
• Monitor comments and DMs during business hours per client guidelines.
• Coordinate with creative team on visuals and asset needs.
• Produce monthly performance summaries per client account.
