Job summary

Intrepid Asia is hiring a BA/DA — Social Commerce to own analytics across six SEA markets from the Philippines. Hybrid role; you’ll translate business questions into data problems, write SQL, build dashboards, and partner with central BI teams in Vietnam and Indonesia.

You will surface proactive insights, manage requirements, and drive governance for social commerce data. This role combines analytics leadership with hands-on data work to enable real-time, narrative-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of combined experience across social/live commerce analytics, business analysis, or data analysis roles.
• Prior experience in live commerce, TikTok Shop, or the creator economy in Southeast Asia.
• Experience covering multiple markets or countries remotely from a regional hub.
• Exposure to affiliate/creator management platforms or livestream analytics tools.
• Prior experience building or piloting an AI-assisted or automated reporting/insight workflow, even informally.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering conversations with livestream, affiliate, and content stakeholders across six SEA markets.
• Own end-to-end social commerce analytics: livestream performance, affiliate/creator ROI, and content-to-conversion funnel.
• Validate and reconcile socom platform numbers and report insights to leadership.
• Develop proactive AI-native analytics and dashboards in collaboration with central BI teams.
