Job summary

IGO TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Snowflake Data Warehouse professional to configure, deploy, monitor, and maintain Snowflake environments with a focus on scalability, security, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with data engineers, scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, warehouses, and databases, applying IaC practices, and optimizing performance and costs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Snowflake, Data Warehousing, or related technology.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Infrastructure.
• Experience administering Snowflake accounts, virtual warehouses, databases, schemas, roles, and users.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake performance monitoring and optimization.
• Experience with RBAC, data security, and governance in Snowflake.
• Experience managing Snowflake resource utilization and costs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouse environments.
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience is good to have.
• Databricks experience is good to have.

• Monitor platform costs, including Snowflake credit usage and storage costs, and optimize workloads to control expenses.
