Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer – Snowflake (Associate) to join our managed services team supporting enterprise data platforms in the Philippines.

You will develop, optimize, and maintain Snowflake-based data solutions while ensuring platform reliability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality data engineering solutions; design ETL/ELT pipelines, build ingestion with Snowpipe, Streams and Tasks, and tune Snowflake

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of data engineering experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake.
• Build data ingestion processes with Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.
• Optimize Snowflake performance through query tuning, clustering, and warehouse optimization.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Snowflake SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and Snowflake performance optimization.
• Advanced SQL and Python programming skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools and modern ETL/ELT methodologies.
• Experience with ETL solutions such as dbt, Fivetran, Informatica, or Azure Data Factory (ADF).
