Job description

Must-Have Qualifications

• Administer and maintain a portfolio of SMSFs in Class Super or a similar platform, processing and reviewing transactions accurately
• Complete bank and investment reconciliations, resolving unreconciled data feed items as they come up
• Prepare fund records and supporting documentation ready for accountants, tax agents and auditors
• Support SMSF establishment through NowInfinity, including corporate trustee and bare trust documentation
• Coordinate rollovers and contribution processing, following up clients directly for outstanding paperwork
• Own Xero bookkeeping for the fund, covering reconciliations, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
• Liaise directly with accountants, auditors and solicitors on fund matters as they arise

Before you apply, confirm:

• You've administered SMSFs using Class Super or a similar SMSF platform
• You've worked in an Australian SMSF administration or accounting environment
• You're confident using Xero for reconciliations, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
• You can manage a fund portfolio independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight
• You're available for part-time hours (~20 hrs/week) during Australian business hours
• Your written English is strong enough to liaise directly with accountants and auditors

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with NowInfinity for SMSF, trustee or trust establishment
• Exposure to commercial property, LRBAs or bare trust structures within SMSFs
