Job summary

TOA Global in the Philippines is seeking an SMSF Accountant Reliever to support Australian SMSF accounting tasks. This onsite, temporary reliever role offers exposure to Class and BGL software and learning Australian SMSF rules under supervision.

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance are welcome. You will process basic transactions, assist with compliance and prepare simple financials and tax returns, while developing your expertise and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Open to entry-level candidates with 0–1 years of AU SMSF experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in SMSF rules and compliance is sought.

Responsibilities

• Process investment transactions for client accounts.

As an SMSF Accountant Reliever, you will play a key role in preparing basic Australian Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) accounting tasks while continuously learning Australian SMSF rules, software, and compliance standards. Working closely with and reporting to the SMSF Senior Accountant or SMSF Manager, you will help process financial transactions, support compliance, and ensure high accuracy across client deliverables.

Your Impact

• Transaction Processing: Accurately process investment transactions for client accounts.


• Financial & Tax Reporting: Prepare simple SMSF financial accounts and tax returns under direct supervision.


• Compliance Support: Assist in preparing thorough, high-quality compliance documentation.


• Software Mastery: Undertake hands-on training and build proficiency in industry-standard SMSF software such as Class and BGL.


• Quality & Progression: Accurately complete entry-level SMSF jobs, build domain expertise, and demonstrate readiness for expanded responsibilities.
