Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Manila is seeking a Programme Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination across planning, delivery, testing, launch readiness, and early post-launch activities for SME card propositions.

The role tracks milestones, risks, and actions; coordinates governance meetings, prepares concise reports for decision-making, and supports go-to-market planning, channel readiness, and launch activation. It also ensures smooth handover to business-as-usual teams.

• Manage day-to-day programme coordination across planning, delivery, testing, launch readiness, and early post-launch activities.
• Track programme milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions, ensuring timely follow-through and escalation where required.
• Coordinate working sessions, governance meetings, and stakeholder updates, and prepare concise reporting materials to support decision-making and management visibility.
• Support proposition development, business case preparation, customer segmentation, and product-readiness activities for the SME commercial card proposition.
• Provide relevant market, competitor, cards, and payments knowledge to support programme discussions and decision-making.
• Support go-to-market planning, sales enablement, channel readiness, and launch activation.
• Coordinate launch readiness across product, operations, channels, technology, testing, certification, and go-live preparation.
• Maintain visibility of critical-path activities and scheme-related dependencies, and support go/no-go preparation, issue resolution, launch monitoring, and handover to business-as-usual teams.
• Serve as a central coordination point across client stakeholders, internal teams, delivery squads, and relevant card scheme teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive closure of open items, and facilitate timely escalation across senior and working-level stakeholders
