• 7–10 years of experience in programme management and payments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, risk, operations and tech.
• Knowledge of card issuing commercial cards and SME banking.
• Experience launching products or platform changes.
• Fluent English and Tagalog; Tagalog mandatory.
• Based in the Philippines and onsite with client stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day programme delivery across planning, testing, launch readiness.
• Track milestones, risks, issues and actions with escalation as needed.
• Lead governance meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Prepare concise reporting materials for decisions and visibility.
• Support go-to-market planning, sales enablement and launch activation.
• Ensure readiness across product, operations, channels, technology and certification.
