National Grid Corporation seeks an experienced technical governance leader to oversee interoperability, standards, and policy engagement for smart grid initiatives. The role drives governance frameworks, lifecycle oversight, and strategic technology alignment with NGCP’s CTO roadmap.

The position requires a strong background in system architecture, data analytics, and experience dealing with regulators. Leadership and integrity are essential in guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT/CS/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the electricity industry in the Philippines.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with smart grid technologies, data analytics, and OT/IT convergence.
• Knowledge of technology roadmaps, system architecture, and engineering standards.
• Experience engaging with policymakers and regulators.

Responsabilités

• Provide governance and interoperability oversight for smart technology initiatives.
• Define standards, integration principles, and validation requirements for data tools.
• Review and advise on strategy, architecture, and technology governance aligned with the CTO roadmap.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, quality, and compliance controls across lifecycle stages.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards compliance across projects.
• Lead capability development and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
