CBRE Philippines seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair equipment while supporting energy management and safety compliance.

The role is part of Engineering and Technical Services, offering hands-on work with building systems and opportunities to contribute under guidance in a full-time Manila capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience considered.
• Physical ability to meet role requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication for exchanging straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Assist installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
