Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician in the Philippines is responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role provides support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems as part of Engineering and Technical Services.

Key duties include preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs, plus assisting with installations and reviewing work orders to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Exchange information clearly and concisely following procedures.
• Deliver output under close supervision and guidance.
