Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a skilled collections professional to file and pursue Small Claims Court actions. You will build relationships with courts and government agencies, prepare data files, and personally serve demand letters and summons.

The role includes assisting court personnel, gathering evidence, and managing execution of judgments. Experience in small claim debt processes and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a law office or banking/finance sector.
• Experience with Small Claims debt process and court practices.
• Execution process knowledge and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and self-manage.
• Familiar with company policies and ethics.
• Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with courts and government agencies.
• Prepare data files for courts.
• Send demand letters via personal service.
• Assist court personnel in serving summons/decisions.
• Personal service of alias summons.
• Gather evidence for filing collection cases.
• File collection cases before the Small Claims Court.
• Participate in trials and attend initial hearings.
• Manage the execution process.
