Raise Engine seeks a Slot Game Developer to craft polished slot frontends with high-performance rendering for desktop and mobile. You will integrate Spine animations and collaborate with artists to create engaging symbol animations, transitions, and UI interactions.

The role combines game logic implementation, asset optimization, and QA cycles, delivering production-ready builds within our internal framework for iGaming content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building slot games end-to-end as a frontend/game developer.
• Strong proficiency in PixiJS (v5/v7/v8) for 2D game rendering.
• Hands-on experience integrating Spine animations into live game clients.
• Understanding of slot game mechanics — reels, paylines, volatility, bonus features.
• Ability to read and implement against game spec documents.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for a Slot Game Developer with strong animation and frontend skills to join Raise Studio. You'll be responsible for building polished, production-ready slot game experiences — from integrating animated assets through to delivering smooth, performant game clients.

This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who loves the craft of game development and understands what makes a slot game feel great to play.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Understanding of slot game mechanics — reels, paylines, volatility, bonus features
• Ability to read and implement against game spec documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WebGL shader effects for win presentations and ambient animations
• Familiarity with slot game asset pipelines (texture atlases, spritesheets, Spine export formats)
• Previous work shipped in an iGaming or RGS environment
• Experience working with remote teams and delivering to spec under deadlines
• Portfolio or GitHub showing shipped slot game projects
